You are hereby summoned to join a Meeting of Navenby with Skinnand Parish Council to be conducted via Video Link (Zoom), on Tuesday 1 September 2020 at 7.00pm.
Agenda
1. Chairman’s Welcoming Remarks.
2. The Public Session will follow and last for fifteen minutes. Members of the Public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council. (Zoom Meeting ID No: 251 397 6962)
3. Apologies for Absence and declaration of interests - to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting. And, in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, consider any applications for dispensations in relation to pecuniary and/or prejudicial beneficial interests.
4. To approve and accept the minutes from the Parish Council meeting, held on Tuesday 4th August 2020. Clerk to update on any outstanding actions.
5. To resolve and approve the financial report and authorise payments (Appendix A).

e. 17 Aug = Anglian Water proposed new pipeline (Archaeological Dig)
f. 20 Aug – LCC Town/Parish new Website support information.
g. 21 Aug – Cllr Overton Road Safety Review for Navenby.
h. 24 Aug – Resident complaint regarding parking on East Road.
10. To approve the purchase of a second printer suitable for home working by the Parish Clerk.
11. To consider the purchase of a Pay As You Go mobile phone for use by the Parish Office.
12. To consider a proposal by RIPPON Homes that the Parish Council takes over the upkeep of the open space @ Eleanor Gardens post development.

a. Cemetery – proposed Tree Works, update from Clerk.
b. Highways – update from Cllr Woollas/Clerk on proposed Road Safety Review of the A607 thru Navenby and the work of the LCC Highways Gang organised by Cllr Overton. To discuss and approve the recruitment of a replacement Parish Caretaker.
c. Youth Club (ACTS) – update from Cllr Hall. Consider & approve a proposal to reopen the Youth Club.
d. Navenby Car Scheme – update from Cllr Woollas.
e. Play Areas – update by Cllr Taylor on the reopening of the Play Areas. To consider and approve the NEWBY quotation for Play Area repairs.
