You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Navenby with Skinnand Parish Council to be held in the Village Office, the Venue, Grantham Road, on Tuesday 4th February 2020 at 7.00pm.

1. Chairman’s Welcoming Remarks.

 

2. The Public Session will follow and last for fifteen minutes. Members of the Public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council.

 

3. Apologies for Absence and declaration of interests - to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting. And, in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, consider any applications for dispensations in relation to pecuniary and/or prejudicial beneficial interests

i. Finance – (1) update by Clerk on submission of the Precept 20/21 submission to NKDC & (2) Consider & approve the Clerk attending an Advant EDGE Webinar (£40) for Receipts & Payments training.

j. Website/IT – to discuss the proposed new Website & training requirements.

k. Venue Trustee Chairman

l. Mrs Smith’s Cottage – update on archiving activities.

m. Speed Indicator Device – to discuss & approve the proposed SID location rotation plan. To consider & Resolve the purchase of ladders & Personal Protective Equipment for the purposes of battery changes.
