You are hereby summoned to join a Meeting of Navenby with Skinnand Parish Council to be conducted in the Parish Office, on Tuesday 3rd December 2024 at 7.00pm.
AGENDA
1. Chairman’s Welcoming Remarks.
2. The PUBLIC SESSION will follow and last for fifteen minutes. Members of the Public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council.
3. Apologies for Absence and declaration of interests - to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting. And, in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, consider any applications for dispensations in relation to pecuniary and/or prejudicial beneficial interests.
4. To approve and accept the minutes from the Parish Council meeting, held on Tuesday 8th October 2024. Clerk to update on any outstanding actions.
5. To resolve and approve the financial report and authorise payments.

24/0669/LBC 51 High Street Navenby – erection of 1 wall sign 7 a1 hanging sign to front of building. Application approved.
c. Tree Conservation:
24/1281/TCA Stoneyhurst 32 High Hurst Navenby – six trees to be reduced in height from 12-15ft to 10-12ft.

10. Christmas Market & Lights 2024 – consider and approve a £8 per stall subsidy for 29 stalls.
11. Closure of St Peters Churchyard – consideration of possible request to takeover maintenance responsibility for the grounds maintenance following closure.
