CLIFF VILLAGES MEDICAL PRACTICE SURVEY
NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is inviting patients and their carers to share their views on the future arrangements for dispensing services at Cliff Villages Medical Practice (Navenby and Waddington).
As stakeholders will be aware, the practice was temporarily unable to operate after the previous provider’s Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration was removed. The ICB acted to ensure continuity of GP services, and the practice has since reopened under a caretaker provider.
Following this change in provider arrangements, the practice was advised that dispensing services could not continue under the existing regulatory framework. The ICB recognises that dispensing is an important service for many patients and has therefore issued a survey and arranged listening events to understand the impact on the local population before determining the future arrangements.
During this period, temporary arrangements remain in place to support continuity of access to medicines for patients. We are aware that some patients already obtain their prescriptions in other ways, including collecting medicines from a community pharmacy, using an online pharmacy or home-delivery service, or asking someone to collect medicines on their behalf, and these options remain available.

Paper copies are available at the practice and should be returned by 12 noon on Tuesday 24 March 2026.
In addition to the survey, the ICB is holding a few informal drop-in listening sessions where patients can speak directly with ICB staff about their experiences or any concerns. Patients may attend at any time during the sessions.

Once the listening exercise has concluded, the feedback will be reviewed and the ICB will confirm the next steps for dispensing arrangements at the practice, considering regulatory requirements, patient access to medicines, and the need to maintain safe and sustainable services.
The ICB will keep stakeholders informed as this work progresses.
