1. Chairman’s Welcoming Remarks.

 

2. The Public Session will follow and last for fifteen minutes. Members of the Public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council.

 

3. Apologies for Absence and declaration of interests - to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting. And, in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, consider any applications for dispensations in relation to pecuniary and/or prejudicial beneficial interests.

10. Consideration and approval of candidate for the Parish Councillor vacancy.

 

11. Consideration and approval of a proposal to cease payment of the quarterly NPC donation to The Venue.

 

12. Consideration of a proposal to charge the Community HUB Library rent from the 1 April 2022 onwards and to recover rent retrospectively for the period 1 April 2019 to 31 Mar 2022.

 

13. Selection of one of the FY 22/23 budget options circulated ahead of the meeting, in order to drive the Precept submission for that FY.
