Dear Councillor
You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of Navenby with Skinnand Parish Council to be held in the Village Office, the Venue, Grantham Road, on Tuesday 14th May at 7.00pm.
Agenda
1. Outgoing Chairman’s Welcoming Remarks.
2. Election of Chairman – to elect the Chairman of the Council and to receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
3. Election of Vice-Chairman – to elect the Vice-Chairman of the Council and to receive the Vice Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
4. To receive Declarations of Acceptance of Office & Other Posts and Members’ Disclosable Pecuniary and other interests of all Parish Councillors.
5. The Public Session will follow and last for fifteen minutes. Members of the Public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council.
6. Apologies for Absence – to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
7. To approve and accept the minutes from the Parish Council meeting, held on Tuesday 2nd April 2019.
8. To resolve and approve the financial report and authorise payments (Appendix A)
9. To consider the Clerk’s Report (Appendix B)
10. To consider updates from District/County Councillors
11. To consider updates from local Police
12. To consider & make observations on all Planning Applications (Appendix C)
13. To consider correspondence (Appendix D)
14. To consider and approve the co-option of Councillors.
15. To consider the ACTS Trust revised proposal for the provision of the Energize Youth Club. Mr R Spollins invited to attend and speak at Item 5.
16. To consider & approve the purchase of a second Noticeboard for North of the High Street. . .
17. To discuss the replacement of a Street Light on Crossfield Road.
18. To review and approve the Calendar of meetings for the forthcoming year.
19. To consider the purchase of IT equipment to replace NKDC assets that are being withdrawn end of June 2019.
